My name is Jim Bradac, and I am the inventor behind the Rodent Barriers LLC product line. Along with my family, I operate out of Hudson, WI, where we design and manufacture rodent intrusion barriers and copper wire anti-theft solutions for the Department of Transportation across the nation..

Like most of my products, Rodent Barriers LLC was born out of a real problem that needed a real solution. I have spent my career inventing and patenting solutions to problems that others have overlooked, and this product was no different. After years of working in manufacturing and product development, I kept hearing the same frustration from DOT crews: rodents were getting into lighting bases and signal poles, chewing through wiring, and causing costly damage that nobody had a good answer for. I knew there had to be a better solution.

So I did what I've always done: I went to work. Drawing on my experience designing precision-fit products through my other ventures, I developed a line of rodent barriers purpose-built for the specific bases and pole styles used by state DOTs. Every barrier is engineered to fit correctly, install quickly, and hold up in the field, because a product that doesn't work in real conditions isn't worth making.
